Two Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Communities now accepting Applications

Canada’s anticipated Rural and Northern Immigration pilot is ow opening to the applications. Once, it becomes fully operational the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) will allow employers in 11 participating communities in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia in order to recruit eligible foreign workers.

Thereby, the candidates which will be participating will be able to apply to immigration, Refugees and citizenship Canada (IRCC) for Canadian permanent residence.

Therefore, the first local websites dedicated to the pilot came online on 15 November in the following communities, that is

Sault Ste. Marie and Altona are now ready to accept the applications from the candidates holding a genuine offer of full-time, permanent employment from a local employer.

Hence, Thunder Bay is only accepting the inquires from the local employers who would like to participate in the pilot program

It is to be said that Thunder Bay will start accepting applications from the candidates from 2, January 2020 onward.
