Applicants should apply&nbsp;<strong>in advance<\/strong>&nbsp;of their current temporary resident status expiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restoration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foreign nationals whose temporary resident status has expired may apply for restoration. They must pay the associated processing and restoration fees, as applicable..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If the applicant is not eligible for restoration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Minister\u2019s delegate decides on a disposition for the case.
