The major 2 impacts of the implementation of NOC 2021 change are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>16 new occupations will be included in the Express Entry system which will include Transport Truck Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators.<\/li><li>Candidates will not be eligible to receive an ITA until the profiles are updated with NOC 2021 code.
