If a candidate does not receive an ITA during that time, they can <strong>resubmit a new profile<\/strong>\u2014provided they still meet eligibility criteria. However, the profile will then receive a <strong>new timestamp<\/strong>, which may affect eligibility under IRCC\u2019s <strong>tie-breaking rule<\/strong> used for draw selections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once an ITA is received, applicants have <strong>60 days<\/strong> to submit their <strong>complete permanent residence application<\/strong>.
