These will go to individuals who submitted their <strong>Interest to Sponsor forms in 2020.<\/strong> The government aims to accept <strong>10,000 complete applications<\/strong> in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you didn\u2019t submit an interest form in 2020, you won\u2019t be eligible for this year\u2019s round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">What If I Didn\u2019t Submit a 2020 Form? Consider the Super Visa<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you were not part of the 2020 pool, you can still bring your parents or grandparents to Canada through the <strong>Super Visa program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Super Visa<\/strong> allows visits for up to <strong>5 years at a time<\/strong> and remains valid for <strong>up to 10 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligibility includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of income from the sponsor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid medical insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of ties to home country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval from a Canadian visa office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Summary<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With updated income criteria and a new round of PGP invitations about to launch, now is the time for families to prepare their documentation, income proof, and get professional guidance.
