According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) data, the number of candidates with CRS scores between <strong>501 and 600<\/strong> rose sharply by <strong>2,817 profiles<\/strong> between <strong>July 20 and August 5, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This spike has intensified competition among top-ranking candidates, even as the <strong>overall Express Entry pool slightly decreased<\/strong> by 329 profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">What Changed in the Pool?<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While the 501\u2013600 range saw substantial growth, the 470\u2013500 range experienced a noticeable decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>470\u2013500 range<\/strong> saw <strong>2,548 fewer profiles<\/strong>, with significant drops in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>471\u2013480<\/strong>: down 905 profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>481\u2013490<\/strong>: down 1,051 profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>491\u2013500<\/strong>: down 592 profiles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>601\u20131200<\/strong> range \u2014 typically boosted by Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) nominations \u2014 increased slightly by <strong>28 candidates<\/strong>, suggesting a steady flow of PNP recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Current Express Entry Pool Composition (as of August 5, 2025)<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of <strong>256,585 total profiles<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Largest group<\/strong>: 351\u2013400 range (20.89% of candidates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>High-competition zone<\/strong>: 501\u2013600 range (9.42% of candidates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lowest group<\/strong>: 601\u20131200 range (0.09% of candidates)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Percentile Insights<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The percentile data shows that candidates in the <strong>501\u2013600 CRS range<\/strong> are already in the <strong>top 10% of the pool<\/strong>, with intense competition for Invitations to Apply (ITAs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Draws in July 2025<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In July, IRCC conducted <strong>four Express Entry draws<\/strong>, inviting <strong>7,558 candidates<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>153 more ITAs than in June<\/strong>, despite having <strong>two fewer draws<\/strong>.<br>Breakdown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>July 22, 2025<\/strong>: Healthcare &amp;
