It usually includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A health history questionnaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A physical examination (checking vision, hearing, heart, lungs, abdomen, skin, and limbs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blood and urine tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chest X-rays if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vaccination checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the panel physician suspects any health issues, they may refer you to specialists or request additional tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Processing and validity<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The medical exam can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on required tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panel physicians submit results directly to IRCC through the <strong>eMedical system<\/strong> within about 10 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results are valid for <strong>12 months<\/strong> only.
