The province of Manitoba has conducted its latest immigration selection round under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)<\/strong>, extending invitations to over 3,300 skilled workers, international graduates, and overseas candidates<\/strong> to apply for provincial nomination. This marks another significant step in Manitoba\u2019s strategy to attract skilled talent to support its labour market needs and economic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Draw Results \u2013 September 4, 2025 (Draw #253)<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On September 4, 2025<\/strong>, the MPNP issued a total of 3,347 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs)<\/strong> across multiple immigration pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special Selection \u2013 Citizens of Ukraine<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A separate draw was also conducted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream<\/strong>, specifically targeting candidates who declared Ukraine as their country of citizenship<\/strong> and who met the stream\u2019s eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Education Stream<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A total of 1,866 international graduates<\/strong> meeting the eligibility criteria were invited under this stream, reflecting Manitoba\u2019s ongoing commitment to retaining skilled international students as part of its workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Express Entry Candidates<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Out of the total 3,347 invitations, 415 were issued to candidates with valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes<\/strong>, providing them with an additional pathway toward permanent residency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
