has-vivid-red-color\">Overview<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism (OIM)<\/strong> of Newfoundland and Labrador has issued a total of <strong>202 Invitations to Apply (ITAs)<\/strong> on <strong>August 29, 2025<\/strong>, through its immigration programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>125 ITAs<\/strong> were issued under the <strong>Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>77 ITAs<\/strong> were issued through the <strong>Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This continues the province\u2019s trend of <strong>frequent immigration draws<\/strong> since May 2025, aiming to meet labor market demands and support population growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recent Draw Activity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The table below highlights the month<\/strong>, with the majority of invitations going to <strong>NLPNP candidates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Eligibility and Requirements<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates who wish to apply through the <strong>NLPNP<\/strong> or <strong>AIP<\/strong> must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold a <strong>job offer or employment<\/strong> from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit an <strong>Expression of Interest (EOI)<\/strong> that aligns with the province\u2019s <strong>labor market needs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for an <strong>ITA notification email<\/strong>, which allows them to submit a complete application via the <strong>Immigration Accelerator portal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specific Program Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NLPNP:<\/strong> Successful candidates receive an email notification and can apply for a provincial nomination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AIP:<\/strong> Designated employers receive ITA notifications and confirmation letters, enabling them to apply for endorsement of the job offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> For most candidates outside Canada, an <strong>invite code from the employer<\/strong> is required before submitting an EOI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Provincial Immigration Background<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Newfoundland and Labrador\u2019s <strong>2025 provincial nomination allocation<\/strong>: <strong>2,525 spaces<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>February 2025<\/strong>, the government increased its annual allocation by <strong>1,000 spaces<\/strong>, expanding opportunities for newcomers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AIP allocation<\/strong> remains fixed at <strong>475 endorsements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>NLPNP transitioned to an EOI system<\/strong>, aligning with other provinces\u2019 <strong>two-step intake model<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 1: Candidate submits an EOI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step 2: Selected candidates are invited to
