permanent residence (PR) applications will be fully processed in 2025 \u2014 and which ones will continue to face longer wait times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the latest <em>Minister Transition Binder<\/em>, only select PR streams will see <strong>complete inventory clearance<\/strong> this year, while others will be processed <strong>partially<\/strong>, depending on the backlog and program priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">PR Programs to Be Fully Processed in 2025<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following PR pathways will have their <strong>entire application inventory cleared<\/strong> this year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canadian Experience Class (CEC)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Express Entry-aligned PNP streams (Enhanced PNPs)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Community Pilots (RNIP, RCIP, FCIP)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quebec Skilled Worker and Experience Programs (PEQ, PSTQ)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quebec Pilot Programs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These programs represent IRCC\u2019s top processing priority for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
