500 Federal Skilled Workers Have Been Invited By The Government Of Canada With The Comprehensive Score Of As Low As 357 To Apply For The Canadian Permanent Residence In A New Express Entry Draw Held On October 16, 2019. The Program Specific Draw Was The Second Of 2019 To Target The Candidates In The Federal Skilled Trade Class, Which Therefore, Is Open To All Those Candidates Who Are Eligible With A Certificate Of Qualification That Further Proves That They Are Qualified To Prove That They Are Qualified To Work In A Skilled Trade In Canada, Among Other Criteria.

The Federal Skilled Trades Class Is One Of Those Three Federal High Skilled Immigration Programs Which Are Managed By The Express Entry Systems. The Other Two Are The Canadian Experience Class And The Federal Skilled Worker Class. Therefore, The Explicit Majority Of The Express Entry Draws Involve The Candidates From All The Three Classes And Hence, Today’s Draw Was One Of The Rare Exceptions Towards This Rule.

The Previous Express Entry Draw Held On October 2 Was An All- Program Draw That Had Issued 3,900 ITAs (Invitations To Apply).
