New Brunswick Conducts Record Number of Provincial Nominee Program Draws in June

Province Invites Over 600 Immigration Candidates Across Four PNP Draws

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) held a series of four immigration draws on June 16 and 17, 2025, inviting a total of 608 candidates through multiple immigration pathways under two primary streams: the Skilled Worker Stream and the Express Entry Stream.

So far this year, New Brunswick has invited 2,015 individuals to apply for permanent residency through its PNP.

Targeted Selection Based on Labour Market Needs

New Brunswick continues to adapt its PNP selection strategy based on provincial labour market demands. The sectors most prominently targeted in these recent draws include:

  • Healthcare
  • Construction Trades
  • Social and Community Services
  • Education

By focusing on specific sectors and excluding occupations that are not currently aligned with strategic needs, the province is ensuring its immigration pathways support sustainable growth and local employer needs.
