June 24, 2025 — Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued another round of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system, with a notable increase in the number of invitations extended to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.
In the most recent draw held on June 23, 2025, the IRCC extended 503 ITAs to candidates who had been nominated by a Canadian province or territory under the PNP stream. This draw required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 742, and candidates must have submitted their Express Entry profiles before 9:44 p.m. UTC on May 30, 2025 to be considered.

Key Reminder for ITA Recipients
