The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held two major immigration draws on September 3, 2025, issuing a total of 1,893 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency.

This draw came just one day after Ontario’s record-breaking September 2 draw, which issued 2,643 ITAs, showing the province’s urgent push to meet labor market demands.

Next Steps for Candidates

  • Employers: Must confirm the job offer through the Employer Portal within 14 days.
  • Candidates: Have 17 days from receiving their ITA to submit a full application online.
