- 125 ITAs were issued under the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP).

Draw Date | Total ITAs Issued | NLPNP ITAs | AIP ITAs |

Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates who wish to apply through the NLPNP or AIP must:
- Hold a job offer or employment from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer.
- Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) that aligns with the province’s labor market needs.
- Wait for an ITA notification email, which allows them to submit a complete application via the Immigration Accelerator portal.
Specific Program Details
- NLPNP: Successful candidates receive an email notification and can apply for a provincial nomination.
- AIP: Designated employers receive ITA notifications and confirmation letters, enabling them to apply for endorsement of the job offer.
Note: For most candidates outside Canada, an invite code from the employer is required before submitting an EOI.
Provincial Immigration Background
- Newfoundland and Labrador’s 2025 provincial nomination allocation: 2,525 spaces.
- In February 2025, the government increased its annual allocation by 1,000 spaces, expanding opportunities for newcomers.

- The NLPNP transitioned to an EOI system, aligning with other provinces’ two-step intake model:
