What This Means for Candidates

This major PNP draw is a clear signal that IRCC continues to support provincial-level immigration priorities, despite earlier allocation cuts in 2025.
Candidates nominated through provinces not only receive additional 600 CRS points, but also enjoy faster processing under the Express Entry framework.

As IRCC gears toward implementing the 2026–2028 Immigration Levels Plan, analysts expect a steady increase in draw frequency and a potential decrease in CRS cutoffs by early next year.
