1. Canadian Citizenship
- Citizenship Grant: 10 months (No change)
- Proof of Citizenship: 5 months (No change)
- Renunciation of Citizenship: Now 5 months (Reduced by 2 months)
- Search of Records: 14 months (Reduced by 1 month)
- Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR): Expected for those who applied before June 9, 2025
- Note: Delays possible for applications from outside Canada or the U.S.
2. PR (Permanent Resident) Cards
- New PR Card: 40 days (Faster by 5 days)
- PR Renewals: 28 days (Slower by 7 days)
3. Family Sponsorship
- Spouse/Common-law (Outside Canada, Non-Quebec): 13 months (Increased by 2 months)
- Spouse/Common-law (Inside Canada): 36–40 months
