Should Have A Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Score Of 8 Or Higher In Either Of Canadian Languages That Is English Or French In All The Four Language Abilities
Hold A Bachelor’s Degree Or Have Completed A Program Of Three Years Or More At A University, College Trade Or Any Institution
Have An Express Entry Profile That Was Submitted On Or After November 1, 2018.
Thereby, Those Who Are Invited Further Have A 30-Day Time Period Of Their Invitation From The Nova Scotia Nominee Program To Submit A Complete Application.
