This is the third time where Canada has issues 4500 invitations at a time, the biggest number of invitations issued.
The highest scoring candidates who receive an ITA, will be able to get Canadian Permanent Residency.

PNP- only draws have higher requirement for the candidates, as they get additional 600 CRS points if they receive a provincial nomination. PNP’s have alternate pathways to the candidates who have low CRS scores required for permanent residency.
The new draw brings the total number of ITAs issued in 2020 to 87,350. This year is shaping up to be a new record-breaking year for Express Entry, as the number of ITAs issued to d ate is the highest it has ever been.
